We were there on a quiet Sunday evening. The service was lovely. The waiter was very nice and friendly. I had a great steak and kidney pie with chips. Another iconic English meal checked off my list. My father enjoyed his pork chops and chips. We took some delicious cake home with us.

This place feels cozy as soon as you walk in, the service is fast and feels caring as well! The food now was the best, I got the Newmarket Breakfast since it was my first time here and everything on that plate was delicious! I even cleaned up the plate, it was a good amount of food to not feel very full and over stuffed, it was a good amount! The hot latte by itself is also great, good balance of espresso and milk, no bitter taste at all. 10/10 need to bring more of my friends and family here, best 1st experience.
First visit today for breakfast. Firstly we had a warm welcome, the cafe is very clean, there are lots of breakfast choices and options to customise. The coffee is excellent, and there were lots if choices for hot drinks and cold drinks. I had the eggs Benedict, it is my favourite breakfast treat and it didn't disappoint! The presentation was beautiful and not what I expected, I added extra hash browns and I'm pretty sure I won't need to eat again until tea time. There is a specials board and it had lots of delicious home made lunch and dinner options such as ribs, lasagne, kebabs, cottage pie. I wish I would have paid more attention to other items on the menu but I have a one track mind when I'm hungry! The toilets were clean with a baby change table and the cafe is spacious so you wouldn't need to worry about getting a pram in! I will be back! I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
